LG 42LN5300 backlight is not working

My TV's picture won't work. It has sound, inputs work. If you hold a flashlight up to the screen, you can kind of see a ghostly image. I have found online that it is most likely the backlight inverter, however I can't find one on my TV. Could you tell me what backlight inverter board to get for a LG 42LN5300 TV? I can't find any results when I search for it. Is it possibly the main board? Or the power board?

Okay, I talked to a TV repairman, and found out that the backlight inverter is built into the power board. So I ordered a new power board, installed it, and I still have the same problem. I'm thinking the next thing to do is take off the TV panel and test the LED strips. But why would all the strips go out at once?
