Can not get passed password screen.
I can not get passed the password screen. We have done a factory reset and reset the password and it just keeps prompting for password. Any ideas?

Is it asking for a password for the Samsung Account or Google Account?
In this case it sounds like you need to bypass either of those which can be done using methods found online such as youtube.
Basically search for something like this on youtube: "<model number or name of device google account bypass"
It looks like you have not specified what model of your tablet and just Samsung Tablet could you post the model of your tablet so we know which one you are talking about?
