PS4 randomly turning on

My PS4 randomly turns on (and possibly off too), and I've already checked all possible causes like:

- HDMI Link, Static, other controllers, Outlet, ...etc.

- Even when totally removing the top cover(s); it still turns on.

- Also when it does, it mostly enters safe-mode, so it means that if the power button is kept pressed, and after that it mostly turns off, so as if the power button was kept pressed.

- Sometimes both power and eject buttons don't respond at all, although I can feel the electricity if I'm barefooted when touching them.

-I'm sure it's the power button that is being pressed , and not the Eject button like most people are facing.

If there is an IC that's responsible for this, which one, so I can replace it or even remove it if it would fix the problem?

Does anyone know what the problem is?
