My charging port of 32gb motherboard has spoilt. I have changed only the charging port two times. Works only for few months and spoils again.

I am thinking of buying the motherboard online.

Can I fit 64gb motherboard in 32gb model?

Well I wouldn't suggest replacing the logicboard unless you can confirm all components are compatible.

And your phone in theory should be able to handle 64GB,

So short answer, yes you can IF the 64GB chip is not a separate component from the logicboard.
