My ipad still wont turn on after I hard reset

There’s no display on my ipad mini2. I can hear sound coming from it. I hard reset it, but the apple logo only appears split second. I decided to reset it to factory setting by connecting it to itunes. I reset it successfully but my screen still wont turn on

Hmm, could be the cable's fault, I don't think you'll be able to repair this yourself (This is very risky and could cause in your iPad not working at all), you could take it to a repair shop or the Apple Store and see if they can fix it.

Plug your iPad into an iTunes enabled computer and then shine a bright light on the screen. If you see a dim image, the the backlight is no longer working. This could be a problem with the LCD or with the drive circuit on the logic board. Has you iPad been repaired or dropped recently?

If you can't see a dim image, then the problem is most likely with the LCD. The iPad is a more challenging DIY repair so check out this guide to see if you want to try repairing it yourself or not.
