oled tv with black screen and red line

Hi i have a oled55e7p tv that comes on with a black screen and a red line down the center of the screen and shots off after can you tell me what happen to the tv, or what part do i have to change, i change the t con and the main board and still have the same problem. Can any one help me please.

Is there any sound when the tv turns on?

No sound TV shots of about 3 seconds after powering up, but if I pull one of the connector from the power supply that goes to the motherboard the TV stays on with sound but still has the black screen with the red line down the center of the screen.
