I have a small grounding thing left over after a screen replace op.
Wher does it go? I ve read the the guide through and through no mention of this one .
Must be at the beginning of tear down . I’ve only got 4 screws left 2 of them are the pentalobe. Anyone?

It sits right on the screw hole on the left screw hole of battery connector. You place that on the screw hole then plug in the battery and put the battery screws on.

When I looked at the pile of bits I thought no way you could make a phone from that.
