Screen goes black on phone calls after replacing the screen.

My screen goes black once I answer the phone. If I touch the screen it turns back on the right back off. I can not hit the end button to end a phone call. Everything else works just fine. I have double checked that the flex cable for the sensor was not broke, tore or anything. I have cleaned the connectors, yet still have the same issue.

Yes every this is in place, the plastic holder and screen protectors have been removed. I'll have to get back with the customer to try to replace the camera ribbon.

Actually mobile sensor not fitted properly there is small rubber inside ur phone.

Its located above sensor. I think tht part is not available. Or if its available then its not fitted properly and sensor is goin blank during call

Options

Check you have installed the square transparent plastic holder that houses the light sensor and remove any screen protectors.

If that doesn't work then try a new front camera ribbon.
