I have a HP Probook 430 (had to choose a similar to get the question accepted) and it has stopped charging. It senses the charging cable but it says "not charging". Any idea anyone.
Is this a good question?

@shamgodz possibly a bad battery. I'd go ahead and replace that first. You can of course also check this HP Site to find out how to test your battery. Anything after that would lead to a possible board level repair. We would need all the information on your computer motherboard to try and find a schematic etc.
