What size Hard Drive do I replace the existing one with.

Can you tell me what size or type of drive I need to replace what I have. That would be greatly appreciated.

If you could point me to a cheap one on Amazon the is around 256 GB that would be very helpful.

It would go into my 21.5" iMac that is around 2013 or 14.

Answer this question I have this problem too

If you are going to be opening up that computer it would be well worth it to replace the existing hard drive with a solid state drive! Just make sure you have all of the pieces to do so: SSD, and adhesive strips.
