iPad won’t turn on after complete battery drain

So I left my iPad 2 completely drained of battery for the duration of my exams and when I got back to it,it wouldn’t turn on.It would show the battery icon and then the Apple logo then goes back to black. When I tried to restore it through iTunes it would get stuck at waiting for device and give me error code 4014.After the iTunes attempt when I plug the iPad into the wall adapter it shows connect to iTunes and force restart lands me there itself.

Anyone out there with an answer please help!

Thanks in advance.

if I remember correctly and I may be wrong, but error 4014 is caused by faulty nand and/or ram chips, and some other possible ic failures.
