Apple logo on loop

Apple logo is on loop, I’ve gotten to the “restore screen” but my computer isn’t recognizing my phone when I plug it in. I’ve plugged another phone up to the computer with the same cord and it worked, so it isn’t computer or chord.

HELP!

Apple logo boot loop is most likely caused by component failure on the logic board. Most of the time it's either the audio IC or baseband power IC which requires replacing via board-level repair.

Ok. I don’t know what any of that is. Do I need to take it to apple? Is the phone ruined or can I take it to someone who knows what they’re doing? Lol. I’ve fixed a bunch of iPhones, but this was my first 7.

Yes, you can take your phone to a reputable mobile phone repair shop that does microsoldering on iPhones. They should be able to fix it for you.

Did you have issues before hand with microphone or speaker during calls before getting the boot loop as that usually relates to audio chip fault issues?

No. Just had a cracked screen
