Why I'm getting an alaret of space is running low on phone

It's been about a month that I've been having this issue about my phone running out of space or not enough room it's a 16 GB Ram 64GB my phone's telling me I'm running out of space can't even text or nothing

I have more than 12 GB of free space. Still I am not able to update apps or download any apps. The problem started after I uninstalled TRUE CALLER APP
