Make sure that the stand pipe or sink is the proper height. Do not shove the excess drain hose way down the stand pipe or curl it up in the bottom of the sink. Do not tape the top opening of the stand pipe shut so that it is air tight. Air must be able to flow on the outside of the drain hose that is sticking into the stand pipe.
If the drain hose is installed properly then you could have a problem with the water supply flow or pressure. Shut off the water to the washer and remove the fill hoses on the back of the washer. Check the screens on the inlet water valves for debris or deposits. The inlet water valves may need to be replaced if they are clogged. Place the ends of the hoses into a bucket and briefly turn on the hot and cold water to check for proper water pressure and flow. If you are not getting the proper water pressure from both supply hoses then this could be causing your FH error code in the rinse cycle. Resolving a water pressure or flow problem will fix this issue.
If you find no problems with the issues described above, then you could have a failed inlet water valve assembly, a bad flow meter, a bad pressure switch, a defective electronic control board or a wiring failure that is causing this problem. A service technician is normally needed to diagnose and repair this type of problem.
