Cracked case and glue

Hi All:

I cracked the case on my older macbook, and am looking for some advice on what type of glue to use. I don't want to use krazy glue or the others of that type, I'm concerned that they will melt the plastic.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Glenn

I personally use the plastic JB weld compound. Seems to work really well if you smooth it out before it cures

Hi Dolan:

JB Weld is great stuff, but I don't think it would be the right product for this repair. What I did was to break off a bit of the lower clam shell where the power cord plugs in. JB would probably be too thick for this repair.

With that said, thank you for your response....I appreciate it your time.
