So I dropped my phone and it got cracked pretty badly...and then like 5 minutes later I dropped it in a tub of water...and now it is cracked and there are lines going through it and the screen is dark once you turn it on...what do I need to do to fix this if possible?

After you have completely backed up your phone, then you will need to purchase a replacement LCD and digitizer. IFixit has them available for purchase, and you can also find them on Amazon or EBay.
