Hi @robf88 ,

If the screen has cracks in it, it cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced.

Usually the cost of a replacement screen, if you can find one, is nearly as much as a new TV.

You could try searching online, using the panel number printed on the back of the screen (you have to remove the back cover off the TV) to see if any are available. (Disconnect the power from the TV before you do this)

Do not be surprised if you get results for specialist screen manufacturers as most screens are made by them for the TV manufacturers. Also they normally don't sell one off screens to individual buyers.

You could also try searching online for your model TV which somebody has advertised as faulty but the screen is still intact . As long as the cost is reasonable it may be worth the gamble that the screen is still OK and that the problem is something else. If you do find a screen you'd have to straighten out the metal frame of the TV as best that you can so that the new screen fits in OK without stresses being placed on it and damaging it.

Hopefully you will find a screen, if not the best option is to advertise your TV for sale as faulty good for parts, broken screen to try and recoup some of the cost towards a new TV.
