Is it possible to remake MagSafe2 adapter to USB-C type?

I have got two MagSafe2 adapters from my old MacBookProRetina.

Is it any way to remake it to use with new MacBookProTouchBar with usb-c?

Sorry just not possible!

The older MagSafe chargers are really a dumb device the controlling logic was within your MacBook system.

The USB-C charger is a smart charger where over the USB connection the charger and MacBook Pro talk to each other. So the charger knows what to do from what the MacBook Pro tells it.

Sadly, one can't make a sows ear into a silk purse ;-{

The correct charger for your MacBook Pro is the 87 watt USB-C charger.

Are you suggesting you want to buy a lower watt charger? That won't help you as it wouldn't charge your system battery correctly, and it would do it much more slowly depending on the wattage of the charger.
