everything is repairable. if youre looking to repair your screen youself, it will be the least expensive option, but also the most risky

Elsewise, you will be looking at getting it professionally repaired. they will be charging you a labour cost, on top of the cost of a certified part, which is usually more expensive than parts on ebay or amazon.
you will likely be looking at 150$-175$ for a repair.
Seeing as your device is retailing at 199$, it is your call on how much you wish to spend on getting it repaired.
