My Razor raiju controller disconnects every 5 seconds.

Hi, every time i try and connect my new razor raiju controller to my playstation it discontents within 10 seconds and I have no idea why. I've been to razor support they said it could be my Usb ports so i got a hoover and took all the dust out and it still disconnects. It could also be the controller, wire, or wifi antena although my usuall controller does work fine any help? thanks!
