No headlights, where is the headlight relay located in my 1991 Chevy?

My headlights on my 1991 Chevy Cheyenne are not working. I’ve changed the bulbs, replaced headlight switch and replaced the fuses still no luck.

My next step is to replace the headlight relay. But I cannot find the location.

Can anybody help with this?

Don't know your vehicle but does it have Daytime Running Lights at all?

If so check the DRL relay as headlights can go through that.

If I have daytime running lights, I assume this wouldn't be the issue?

Don't know the vehicle but with mine (not same make or model) the DRL turn off when the headlights are turned on so a relay might be the problem

Options

It's under the hood in the black fuse box by the drivers side fender/fire wall. Should be a diagram on the underside of the cover showing location of relay.
