iPhone 6s stuck on Apple Logo

Hello!

I have problem with really stubborn Apple Iphone 6s...

Some time ago it has just turned off. After connecting to charger phone just shows apple logo, reset itself and it goes on and on...

My first guess was to replace u2 tristar module, but with no effect.

When stuck on apple logo, phone takes 0,14a.

Im able to get it to recovery mode, but when trying to restore, itunes shows 4005 error.

Anybody has idea what to do? Maybe some pads under u2 are broken?

Do you know if anything happened to the phone prior to this event? That might give you a clue on where to look. Tristar could cause this and if you aren't 100% confident that the replacement went smoothly, you could try again and while you have the chip removed, probe the pads.

However, if that doesn't help, you should consider probing the PMIC outputs for shorts and proper voltage. It could be something else which is dragging down the system. If the PMIC looks good, then take a look at PMU_RF to see if those outputs are good as well.

That's a lot of probing but it should help you find the fault.

Try to put it in DFU mode and perform a flash. If it fails, there might be problem with the soldering of the U2.
