I used to easily import pictures from my camera to my computer using Picasa. Now it doesn't recognize my phone and I can't transfer photos from the phone to the computer. How can I do this?

Do you still have space on your hard drive? If you do make sure you enable connection to the computer in your phone, what kind of phone are you using with what kind of computer?

Yes, there's space on my hard drive. Phone connection to computer is confirmed. I have an old G4 Android and an old off-brand pc. I haven't had any problems until now, or when they quit support for Picasa.

I recommend using different photo import software then I can only see that being the problem
