Kernal_Task taking too much CPU Usage (Around 300%)

Please advise me a solution for below report:

Restart your system in Safe mode to see if that fixes things (review the Apple T/N below). If not you'll need to boot up under the recovery partition to run Disk Utility. I often find I need to run Disk Utility from a different boot drive so you might want to give that a try if you have a MacOS bootable drive.

Dan. The answer is good as far as it goes, but what to do after running Disk Utility? First Aid, I assume?
