Hello there, I opened up the iPod to change both the battery and the screen. I changed both parts. Now I'm trying to slide the motherboard back in but it's stuck. It slides in until there's about half the screen still out of the case and then it won't budge. I've tried wiggling the motherboard a bit but I don't want to force it.
Any ideas?

Sometimes the black foam around the LCD screen's edge can rub against the inside and keep it from sliding all the way in. I usually remove it when reassembling an iPod as it has no real value. Also, as you slide the board back in, try and angel it so you have the boards bottom as far back as possible to avoid catching on the click wheel assembly in the shell.
