Why has the display colours gone reddish?

Recently my display colours changed, the yellows have seem to changed to reds etc. sometimes it would go back to normal but now its permanent, do i need to replace the digitizer?

Yup, LCD issue. Ive seen this happen to phones when they have been subjected to extreme temperatures. Whether hot or cold. A simple replacement should do the trick.

The digitizer is the part that recognizes your touch and tracks it as you move your finger. It sounds more likely that your LCD screen might be going bad. If this happens across any screen you are in, whether it be Safari, Mail, Settings you might be experiencing an LCD that is starting to go bad.
