cart not operating at all

I have 2005 Club Car Presedent.

When I press pedal,I can hear limit switch actuating and solenoid kick in but no movement.

Can push cart with pedal depressed and after a few feet the cart will take off under power but it is very jumpy.

Once pedal is released, the cart will not move.

Doing this same procedure in the reverse mode does nothing.

Measured voltage at solenoid and all seems normal, but I did find that I get the same reading on both solenoid terminals (between the terminal and ground) when the solenoid is not actuated. This seemed a little strange to me.

Have replaced MCOR with new one.
