Whirlpool Duet GHW9150pw1 front loading cannot select wash cycle

Hi,

Our whirlpool duet front loader ghw9150pw1 wash select function doesn't work. After pressing Control On, with the dial on Whitest Whites 3 dashes show in the Est Time Remaining window, no H2O temp,Spin Speed or End of Cycle indicators.

With the dial on Heavy Duty - the Hand Washables indicator blinks and 0:30/0:25 can be selected w soil level in the ETR window, H2O temp is Cold but warm can be selected, Low spin is lit but Med and No Spin can be selected also EOCSignal can be selected. Reducing spin selection, reduces ETR.

With dial at Normal/Casual the Delicate indicator blinks, 0:35 is lit but 0:30 or 0:50Soil Level can be selected in ETR window, H2O temp is lit Warm but Cold can be selected, Med Spin is lit but all speeds can be selected and EOCS can be selected. Reducing spin selection, reduces ETR

With dial in the Delicate position there is no change from Normal/Casual.

With dial in Hand Washables - Soil Level is 0:30 but can be set to 0:25, H2O temp is cold but Warm can be selected, Low spin is on, but Med and No spin can be selected.Reducing spin selection, reduces ETR

When placed in test mode no error codes show up.
