Why is my ear speaker and front camera not working?

I replaced my phone screen at home and the screen and sensor works fantastic but my front camera and ear speaker are not working. I also noticed while reassembling the two middle connector cables did not have a click sound like the others. What could be wrong ?

Was the screen you received pre-assembled meaning it came with the front camera, earpiece and large metal plate behind screen?

If this is the case, chances are the front camera assembly is faulty, you would need to transfer it from the old screen if you still have it.

This guide will cover how to remove parts from the screen up to the metal plate:

Yes, it was Pre-Assembled but in the post I meant the middle cable of the three cables. Is the middle cable of the three the camera cable?

The cable at the bottom most is used for the front camera, the wide one closer to the rear camera connector is for touch screen, the one right under it is used for LCD, the one vertical on the right hand side is for the home button extension connector.
