Broken screen and no connection to external display

Hi,

My Macbook Pro Model A1398 have broken display.

When i turning it on it seems to work in background because i can hear startup-sound from OS X.

Trying to connect to external monitor through HDMI connection, but no connection.

Tried to through Thunderbolt, and no connection. Tried with External Display adapter i bought from Ebay, still no connection!

:( anything else i can try to found it if Motherboard still working and if i have to replace HDMI part on the device?

I think that maybe your graphics card is fried or some fuse in the mac was tripped and causing this issue. If this under warranty send it back and get a replacement. If you do not have this under warranty find a reliable repair shop to fix this as fixing this your self would cost to much time and money. If this mac book has nothing work keeping on it, just buy a new one as it is not worth trying to revive an old laptop that will have more problems in the future.

Connect Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter,to Macbook then HDMI cord to external display.

Make sure external display is on correct source

Boot MacBook then close lid right away.

If still not displaying, press Command+F1
