Why does the sound hiccup every 5 seconds?
Every 5 seconds the sound skips/jumps. The volume on the tv also isn't correct (i.e. there are 50 levels of sound but it is extremely loud on level 3) There is also an occasional screeching noise.
The model number is UN50H6350AF.
Is there a recommended part I can purchase to solve this issue?
