You;ll want to download the iPhone 6S schematic first. You can probably find it on GSM Forums but it's easy to find via Google (we can't share schematics here).
Then you'll want to search for U4000 in the schematic; that's the LCD driver. U4020 is the backlight circuit driver.
I'm not sure if that'w what you were looking for, comment back if you needed something else.
