New MacBook Pro battery won’t charge, nothing seems to be the fix

“Battery: Not Charging” MagSafe light won’t turn on.

Reset SMC doesn’t work. I unfortunately don’t have access to tools until next week so I can’t open up my computer.

Installed new battery three days ago, hasn’t been able to charge.

I did knick the part of the board (I think it’s the board) right above the top right corner ofthe battery (from the view where the battery is close to you and the vent is away). Not sure if I screwed myself there. Nothing came off and there was no visible damage but.

Do y’all know of anything else I could try?

Well the good news the SMC logic is working (reporting what we see). So the damage you did on the logic board and/or the charging logic is damaged on the logic board. Both should be repairable by someone with the right tools and access to the parts. This is beyond most DIY'er's. The other option is to just replace the logic board.
