iPhone SE touch screen not responding after drop, not cracked!

iPhone SE dropped and screen is not responding. It is not cracked but it is distorted on the right side of the screen, I'm new to repairing my own phone. Is it touch screen or what is a digitizer?

The screen will need to be replaced on the phone.

You will need to replace the screen as you have broken pixels on your screen so good luck
