Missing pada on u2 ic (B5)

I accident pull off pads (B5) connecter to under pads (AN16) CPU

It prossibility work fine if i just pull it back that U2 ic?

I am not a JTAG expert but I don't believe that this pad will cause you any problems. JTAG is used for testing debugging purposes and only when accessing the JTAG connector. This connector is not accessible (the pads are underneath the SIM reader).

I would simply replace the U2 IC and see if the phone boots properly. Remember to report back so we can all learn from this.

Update

I just test use multimeter with diode mode and get reading around 400 at B5.

After that I booting the phone get stuck in apple..

Maybe B1 not connected because it also missing pads

After this i sure make the connection
