iPhone 5c vs iPhone 6 backlight diode

Hi,

Are those diodes interchangeable? I have iPhone 5c backlight diode and want to use it for iPhone 6 logic board. According to schematics part numbers are different but I am not sure if the specs are different as well?

Part number iPhone 5c: NSR0620P2XXG

Part number iPhine 6: NSR0530P2T5G

Options

The reverse voltage spec is different between the two. The first diode is a 20V diode and the second is a 30V diode. So I would use the iPhone 6 diode in the iPhone 5C but not the other way around.
