Can't Access BIOS Settings using F2/F1. Operating System not found.

I turned on my laptop, boot settings appeared, pressed the F Keys BIOS not appearing than next thing Operating System Not Found. Please Advise me what to do and how to go about fixing it!

Hi joshua , try connecting a usb keyboard and access the BIOS,

Hit F1 to access the BIOS Menu / or Enter (List of Menu)

Normally, you would press the enter key when the Lenovo splash screen displays, and choose options after that. The power manager may need to be reset, hold the power button and hold for 10 seconds after the laptop turns off. There may be a small hole in the bottom case that will reset the power manager, use a small paper clip to poke through the hole and press for 10 seconds. You should run diagnostics to see if BIOS recognizes the drive.
