Blown up mosfet next to the C7771 capacitor 820-2610-A

Hi, I want to change the component which is right beside C7771, which reference on the motherboard is Q7953.

On the schematic, i can see these references:

SI7108DN

PWRPK-1212-8-HF

(APN 376S0651) ==> not sure about this one

MOSFET SI7108DN

CHANNEL N-TYPE

RDS (ON) 5 mOhm @4.5V

LOADING 5.1 A (EDP)

I am looking to buy a new one, but all i can find is this:

SI7108DN-T1-E3 or SI7108DN-T1-GE3

which has 0.0061 ohm at VGS = 4.5 V , and not 0,005 ohm. BUT VDS = 20 V ( info found in datasheet)

https://www.mouser.fr/ProductDetail/Vish...

My question is, does the component work for my motherboard? which one of the two?

Or neither, and could you please redirect me to where i can buy my

SI7108DN

POWERPACK-1212-8-HF???

Thanks a lot!!!

@yanndetrie that will be okay. The RDs is a max of 0.0061Ohm (6.1mOhm) with a typical of 0.005 Ohm (5mOhm)
