A picture got stocked and now my camera is not working...

I took a picture a couple days ago and the picture never came out. I thought I most haven’t take the picture but today I tried to take one and is not working anymore.. I bought the camera a couple months ago. The light at the lens keep blinking and I don’t know what do to. I took the stocked picture out but still, it won’t work
