How I can get all of the files off of this laptop?

My dog spilt a drink on this computer around 3-4 years ago. Directly after it happened, anytime I turned it on, the screen turned blue and had some info or coding of some sort on the screen. I'm sure this computer is toast. Is there a way to recover all of my files off of it?

Get an usb to SATA enclosure to access your HDD Data
