Why cant I put the windows down or up

I can't put the windows down or up to a 2000 Ford mustang??

Hi,

Have you checked that the circuit breaker for the power windows has not tripped and needs to be reset?

It is located in the Passenger compartment fuse panel

The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal. Remove the

panel cover to access the fuses.

If it trips again straight away you have a problem with the main power supply feed to the windows. If it holds, try operating one window at a time to see if it works OK. If it trips when trying to lower a window, reset it and try another window and see if it works OK. It may be just the one power window motor circuit that is the cause of the problem
