Aries... Which iPhone do you have? What happened to the phone. Does vibrate work? Does iTunes recognise phone? Help us to help you by giving us some information to work with.....
Well at first I would imagine it's perhaps a battery problem but we could really do with more detailed information, like pollytintop says. It could be multiple problems unless you narrow it down a little more.
If you still get no response, I would try to do a hard reset, but since you say it's not even on the only way out would be disconnecting the battery for a few seconds.
