After hard reseting my phone I can't proceed in the next step

Before I hard reset my phone it says that my oppo launcher unfortunately stoped so I turn it off then do hard reset but when I have to click the right arrow to choose the language as for the guidlines I read in google it won't work even if I click it many times, not what I watch in youtube that worked. What should I do?
