Phone screen keeps glitching after I put my headphones into it

Hi.

I have an eating disorder.

I can't go 2 minutes without my phone.

I dropped my phone into my vomit.

I know. I'm crying too.

Because I'm stupid asl I turned it off and shoved it in a bag of rice.

Like, 6 hours later, I was like "I need my phone or I will spontaneously combust," so I whipped my phone out from that bag of fancy jasmine rice and turned it on.

Everything was fine. I tried to watch a Drew Gooden video (him reacting to his old vines), and the sound worked fine. Didn't sound "loud" or "bass-boosted". But MY DUMB SELF DECIDED TO SHOVE SOME DR DRE BEATS HEADPHONES 3 INTO IT. I read online that the headphone jack or charger wasn't working for some other people, and I wanted to test that out.

At first, there was some resistance. Then, I shoved it in and out a couple of times. When I turned my screen on, there were horizontal lines at the top. I was like "huh", and turned it off. The last thing I saw was a picture of a cute girl from my school (with that heart snapchat filter) and the loading sign on her face.

At this point I'm dead inside.

I wait like, 4 minutes, snapchat the girl via my little sister's iPad, and she's like "yeah we can hang out tomorrow". So I'm like, I probably got a bunch of texts from her. And because my gayness takes precedence over common sense I turn on my phone like that dude from Spykids. There's like, white static over the entire thing (translucent cuz I can still see the cute girl's face a bit, staring at me in mockery), except the places where the vertical lines were.

(this is basically a TLDR if u dont wanna read) HOWEVER! There is no water damage. I chucked that little memory card out of there and checked the port. The red sensor wasn't on. The sound works fine. Just the screen is wonky with static.

What happened to my phone? Can it be saved? Will the cute girl ask me out??

first two questions need answers asap lol

yes i am actually serious

I forgot to mention, I had to scrape some of that rice out of the headphone jack and charger port with a bobby pin. At that point I should've embraced death . Headphones work fine on my little ASUS computer too.

Take your phone to a reputable phone repair shop for evaluation of liquid damage.

Sorry but there is nothing you can do to repair the phone yourself at this point.
