Why isn't the video stream coming through on my phone?

I synchronized my drone and remote controller, and it flies fine. But the video feed isn't coming through from the drone's camera to my phone. Nothing seems to be broken, so I don't understand why the live stream isn't popping up.

This sounds like it's related to a Wi-Fi issue or to the live-streaming app. First, make sure your streaming device is connected to Wi-Fi. Second, go to the app store on your device and check for "updates." If your device needs an update, wait until the update has loaded before reopening the app. If you're still having issues, make sure your Wi-Fi connection is not faulty.
