Why does my 4S keep restarting while charging w new battery?
My 4S keeps restarting every 4 - 5 minutes while charging, after installing a new battery. Once charged it works normally, except that the battery indicator always shows 90% charged independent of actual usage. When I attach the charger, it shows 85% charged, unless battery is dead and then it shows 1% charge and increases charge level normally until fully charged.
