only vertical lines and no display

I have the same model 32EX400, But there are only vertical lines and no display, replaced T-con but nothing happened, (bought T-con from eBay, might be faulty), is there any solution. Please help..YouTube Video

@shashada1 could be a T-con board error but it could also e a main board error. Since you are not sure if the one you got is okay, I would replace it once more with a known-well board.
