MacBook Unibody vs. MacBook Pro 13" : Are the screens interchangeable?

I've been looking at the original screen for the MacBook Unibody and the screen for the newer MacBook Pro 13" and have been wondering, if they might be interchangeable?

The actual LCD panels are compatible, but the entire screen assembly is not. And although the LCD panels are compatible, the late-2008 Macbooks typically used LCD panels that were of noticeably lower quality (not as vibrant or contrasty).
