How to replace the wifi flex cable on the iPod Touch 2g.

Hi i'm wanting to know how to replace the wifi flex cable that connects to the logic board and I already have the adhesiv and tryed to do it but still does not work. I could not find any where on how to fix/replace this problem.

My touch screen does not respond and im thinking if I replace the flex cable then it might work because the touch screen is connected to the flex cable.
