After applying new thermal paste to my Xbox due to overheating , it now stays on but I have a new problem . Now no picture is on the screen . There is still sound and the tv is connected to Xbox but no Picture. Is there something i forgot to plug back in after re assemblage?

the HDMI port is directly attached to the mother board, so either a board component fried out/got damaged, or the HDMI port got damaged, and needs replacing.

HDMI Port replacements are pretty easy for anyone with any micro soldering experience. if you bring it to a technician, they will likely charge a benching fee to try it, and if it fixes your issue, the cost is usually between 80-120$ depending on the quality of the technician.
There’s no way I just forgot to do something when assembling ? Sound is still working and have screws left behind
i have an Xbox one opened up on my desk right now. assuming your hard drive is properly installed, everything that deals with video processing is attached directly to the motherboard. there is no connecting of parts.
always test your output device and cable as well. Make sure its not your HDMI cable.
